Rio is published twice yearly on the WWW.  It is exclusively an electronic publication.  Since 1997, Rio has presented the work of both widely published and relatively unknown writers and artists.  Intelligent work, albeit of artificial or natural origin, is cheerfully solicited.

Editors: Cynthia Davidson, Gail Lukasik, Susan Pilewski, Wilbur Farley.
Rio is biannual, summer and winter. Check the site for updates.
